How to cook food in a grill rolling basket on the grill:

1.Before cooking, coat the grill basket with oil using an oil brush to prevent food from sticking.

2.Fill the basket with ingredients up to half-full, except for leafy greens.

3.Snap the lid gently over the bumps, ensuring it doesn’t go more than 1/4″ past bumps or force the lid on the basket body.

4.Place the basket on the grill with the lid facing away from you and spray the ingredients with oil.

5.Turn the basket with a grill fork/tongs every 3-5 minutes, then close the grill cover.

6.Use tongs or heat-resistant gloves to remove the basket from the grill. Allow it to cool for seconds at room temperature.Use the key to loop the lid mesh and pull gently to open. Empty the basket into a dish and enjoy your delicious grilled food!

Please note: the rolling grill basket will be very hot when removed from the grill. Never touch the steel bands with your bare hands. Hold the mesh body only.
