Seasoning creates a protective non-stick coating, follow these steps to season your pan.

Wash and dry your pan thoroughly.Apply a thin layer of high-temperature cooking oil, like canola or vegetable with a paper towel.Heat the pan on high for several minutes or in the oven for about 30 minutes.The pan will turn brown as the protective non-stick layer is created.Let the pan cool and wipe off any excess any oil.Repeat this step 2-3 times or as needed until a uniform coating is formed.
